Due to the nature of our products, Six Arrows does not accept returns on:

-Live animals

-Live plants

-Isopods or springtails

-Bioactive substrates or perishable goods

Eligible Returns

Unused, unopened dry goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
