🦎 Six Arrows – Shipping Policy

General Shipping

Six Arrows ships within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom-built items such as enclosures or rack systems may require extended processing times, which will be communicated to the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Six Arrows is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Live Animal Shipping (FedEx Hub Only)

All live animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight and must be held for pickup at a FedEx Ship Center (hub location).

Home delivery is not offered for live animals.

Customers are responsible for selecting a valid FedEx hub location at checkout and must pick up their animal promptly upon arrival.


Live Animal Shipping Schedule

Live animals ship Monday through Wednesday only.

This ensures animals are not delayed in transit over weekends.

Orders placed later in the week will ship the following week, weather permitting.


Weather Policy

The safety of our animals is our top priority.

Six Arrows will only ship live animals when weather conditions are safe along the entire shipping route.

We reserve the right to delay shipment if temperatures are deemed unsafe.


Packaging Standards

All live animals are packed in insulated shipping boxes with appropriate materials, including heat or cold packs when necessary, to ensure safe transit.


Delays & Carrier Issues

Six Arrows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed over to the carrier.


🐍 Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

Six Arrows guarantees that all live animals will arrive alive and in good condition when the following conditions are met:

1. The shipment is sent to a FedEx hub for pickup

2. The animal is picked up promptly upon arrival

3. The customer notifies Six Arrows within one (1) hour of pickup if there is an issue

4. Clear photo or video evidence is provided


LAG Void Conditions

The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if:

-The animal is not picked up promptly from the FedEx hub

-Incorrect shipping information is provided

-The shipment is delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control

-The customer requests shipment during unsafe weather conditions

-The customer fails to provide proper documentation within the required timeframe


Resolution

If all LAG conditions are met, Six Arrows will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

-Replacement (when available)

-Store credit

-Partial refund

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Six Arrows.


🌿 Plant & Live Goods Shipping Policy

Live plants, isopods, and springtails are shipped with care but are not covered under a Live Arrival Guarantee due to the variability in shipping conditions and handling.

Minor cosmetic damage during transit may occur and does not qualify for refund or replacement.
